The Company provides business consulting, IT and automation implementation, marketing systems, growth advisory, financial analysis tools, and opportunity evaluation services. All services are professional assistance and implementation support; the Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or profit.
1.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Provide timely approvals and materials
- Maintain legal compliance in their own business
- Not use delivered systems for unlawful purposes
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may extend delivery timelines.
1.4 Payments
- Fees are quoted in Euros (€)
- Invoices are payable within the stated payment period (typically 7–14 days)
- Work may be paused for overdue invoices
- Setup services are non‑refundable once implementation begins
- Monthly retainers renew automatically unless cancelled with 15 days notice
1.5 Cancellation
Either party may terminate services in writing. Upon termination, completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable. Access to hosted systems or managed services may be suspended after termination.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, the Company is not liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third‑party platform outages (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers)
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous three months of service.
1.7 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in Portuguese courts unless otherwise required by EU consumer law.
